__**Meditation **__ Meditation is a activity or process in which an individual's mind is brought to peace. **Purpose of meditation** The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. Meditation helps us to be stress free, it helps in improving our concentration power. **Methods of meditation** Meditation is done in a very simple way step 1 : sit straight step 2 : close your eyes step 3 : hands in dhyan mudra step 4 : slowly slowly concentrate on your breathing step 5 : be relax & free step 6 : chant the word "OM" for sometime **Duration** A simple mediation can be for 10 mins to 20 mins.
