Meditation is a activity or process in which an individual's mind is brought to peace.

Purpose of meditation

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. Meditation helps us to be stress free, it helps in improving our concentration power.

Methods of meditation

Meditation is done in a very simple way

step 1 : sit straight

step 2 : close your eyes

step 3 : hands in dhyan mudra

step 4 : slowly slowly concentrate on your breathing

step 5 : be relax & free

step 6 : chant the word “OM” for sometime


A simple mediation can be for 10 mins to 20 mins. ___
